From September 18th to 20th in 2023, the Women and Development Center organized the activity "Exchange and Connect, introducing the Economic Development Model for Women's Integration into the Community for Victims of Human Trafficking" in Dong Xoai City - in collaboration with the Binh Phuoc Provincial Women's Union

Recently, Tinh Thuong Microfinance Institution (TYM) was honored to be awarded a Top Impact Award for ranking top 3 performing financial service provider (FSP) in Asia in the 2023 Microfinance Index by 60 Decibels. TYM is the only representative of Vietnam won this Award.

The regional final round contest of “The 2023 Women’s Start-up, Promoting Indigenous Resources” took place in September at three locations: Nam Dinh, Phu Yen and Ben Tre provinces.

Currently, there are many stereotypes about women in general and female leaders in particular, which greatly affect gender equality, work efficiency, production and life. This situation poses urgent problems related to communications to change public awareness and especially draw the participation of men to increase resources to support women.

Heading towards the 93rd anniversary of the Vietnam Women's Union’s establishment, on the morning of September 22, the VWU organized the workshop "Solutions to increase the proportion of women candidates for the 16th National Assembly and People's Council at all levels for 2026 - 2031 term". The event was co-hosted by the Australian People for Health, Education and Development Abroad (APHEDA).
